Im jade and if i dont lose this fucking fat on me i will scream!! ye.. i hate the way i look tbh and i will feel SO happy when i lose it. To do this i willl be eating 200 - 400/500 cals a day.. I havent set a goal for myself.. which i should do soon but aslong as i look stick thin il be happy to try anything :) maybe the next week or so i will try a fast for a few days ;)
I feel i have the determination and willpower within me, please give tips and tricks for me to keep this up and how to boost metabolism.. ye just anything thankyou
